All Parts Backed by a Lifetime Guarantee

All parts come with a warranty based on the manufacturer’s estimated lifespan, which varies depending on usage. For example, lights primarily used during holidays can last 30 to 40 years.

Typically, most components last between 20 and 30 years when used appropriately.

*If lights run continuously for 12–16 hours daily (excluding the hottest summer days, when extreme temperatures may impact longevity), their expected lifespan is around 7 to 8 years.

**Please note that future technological advancements may affect the lifespan of control systems.

Minimum 1-Year Labor Warranty

Labor costs for repairing manufacturer-defective parts are covered for at least one full year. This includes issues such as faulty bulbs, power supply components, LED controllers, connections, aluminum channel finishes, and more. While some dealers nationwide may offer extended labor warranties, all dealers are required to provide a minimum one-year labor warranty. Warranty Coverage for Specific Items

The control board that connects your Trimlight system to your smartphone or tablet is fully covered under the lifetime parts warranty.

However, the software that enables this connection is not covered, nor are issues caused by Wi-Fi or radio frequency interference.

While connecting the Trimlight Controller to your local network is ideal, it may not always suit your specific environment. Often, using the Trimlight signal broadcast directly from the controller provides the most reliable connection.

Before contacting your local representative for repairs, please ensure all troubleshooting steps have been completed. If the parts are found to be functioning properly, a minimum service fee of $75 may apply.
